I am currently only 15 years old but people say I look alot older probably because of my height. I spend most of my time skateboarding at Melville skate park I find it really fun and I especially love it when Manson kicks my ass at games of S.K.A.T.E. When I'm not skating I can be found at home on my computer wasting time on Msn, Myspace and all that shit, Sometimes even those stupid little online games. Yeah thats about all you need to know.

hey how are you today :) well my name is tangent but everyone calls me tang, you can too. i work as a gas fitter converting cars to gas, when im not doing that ill be skating, yes im a skateboarder, no i dont tag, no i dont rob old ladies, no i dont do any of that shit that you think skaters do, skating to me is not a fad, nor is it a means to rebel against the world for the life that i have had, noooo. i skate to have fun, i skate to be with friends, i skate to progress, to be better than what i am now, i would not be the person i am today if it wasnt for skating. i consider myself to be a nice person, not an asshole, ill help out if i can, i hate narrow minded, people who have a one track mind, people who have preconceptions about who i am and what im like based on the color of my skin ie: racists, life is too short to hate, i dont bother with labels, you are who you are, ill never tell you different, if i like you its coz you are you and i think that you are a cool person, and i hope that you would do the same for me. i would consider my self to be easy to talk to, i wont judge you, belittle you, make fun of you, i keep secrets (who doesnt) i have secrets (again who doesnt) i would go out of my way to cheer somebody up if they were down :) i dont like to see people who are down and if there is something i can do to fix that id do it. all im saying is that dont be quick to judge because sometimes not everything is as it seems. and if you take time out to talk to me al i can say is i will take time out to talk to you, you ask me a question ill answer, want to talk about something ill take time out and listen, that is all i can do.

I have been skating since i was 9 but havn't done any thing with my talent till like a month ago. My sponsors are Manson and I.M.K. I am currently only 15 but that doesn't stop me from having fun i like all the usual things getting pissed with mates watching mark say random shit when he wakes up in the middle of a film (SQUIRREL'S). i love laughing at porn films because of what they say and how crap the acting is. "I just want to keep fukin that little fukin ass" as quoted from a recent film i watched(name was left undisclosed). When im not at school or chilling at home im with my homies at I.M.K headquaters. I listen to alot of music only the G'D up shit for me. I am the biggest Myspace freak love it can't get enought of it take it from me there will be beef.

Its Not Quantity Its Quality

It started from a phone call from mark "Hey manson im in floreat do you want to pick me up pretty please" i said sure why not what ells could i do hmmmm maybe chill watching skate vids for awhile.

Sunday was an epic day starting from driving from melville all the way to floreat to pick mark up from a big night out. But marks directions are shit so i ended up driving to woop woop and realize he ment it was right next to leederville park. At this point it is now 1.30PM and no one has skated yet (dale,luke and me) we where getting restless. We tried to find some spots around subiaco and along stirling hwy we ended up at MLC we where there for about 20 mins no one could skate since we been driving for about 1-2 hours. So we rang the man with the spots (aidan white he is a dope photographer soon to be a sequential star) and asked for a spot around subiaco. He said he is at kfc about 5 mins drive from where we were so we decided to meet up with him. Not knowing there was about 20 people skating with them today with bulk cars. It was a sight to see so many people in one spot. while they where deciding on what spot to skate Simonay spoted my new 20" rims on my vx so we were stairing at them until a decision was made. All of a sudden we hear GOSNELLS SKATE PARK yelled out by fro and many others then every one was amped for a killer park thrash.

Too bad the sky didnt like our thoughts. It started pissing down then we where left one option, To skate ossy parks harvey norman under cover car park other wise known as ossys manual pad. there where several tricks layed down such as switch bs 180 manual fs 180 out done by alexander campbell within 2-3 shots, frodo was comitting the swithc flip mannies but couldnt quite hold it but he had some ridiculous fly kicks from the bailing style he had hahaha, i pulled one heel flip mannie for the whole day poor effort on my part. But the highlight of the day would have to be arron nanup ollie off a wall just over waist hight over a bick rake that was nealy level with the top of the ledge but it was about 2 metres away the most ridiculous gap i have ever seen be commited he pulled it off in 3 shots but there was mental and physical problems he was to over come if he was to roll way from this mammoth of a gap.

It was now 4:30 on my clock Mark,Dale,Luke and I decided to call it a day it averaged to about 1 hour skate for a whole sunday. But endless amount of laughs and wrong turns

Mark John Tempest (squirrels)

This is Mark Tempest he is the signature person you are looking for if you want to laugh at everything you say. I have know him since year 6 when we were just skating melville primary by our selves all day and could comit a 10 hour day there easy. these days mark practices the dark arts of automotive electrician. So remeber if there is trouble with your electrics in ya car go to Deering. When Mark is amped he can achieve n e thing but that is of course if he has had the 2 beers before the hammer he is about comit. Mark's rule is no beer no hammer he would hardflip JTC for a carton of corona i recon. His home of resting is usualy a gathering spot as he has all the necessary things to have a party lots of people in one area, fridge full of piss usualy and pool table. Im suprised that mark is still living at home when there is a party it doesn't finish i have heard of cases where mark woke up the next day and there are still people drinking playing pool.

Rain Sucks. Or Does It

Today was the most dodgey looking day i have ever tried to skate. But it was still quite fun there where 4 of us Me,Dale,Campbell and Aidan skating ozzy park undercover manual pad. We where ment to meet bow wow and shit there but they where lost in the amount of NC sorry i mean rain. After skating that for 1 and a bit hours we decide to skate a different spot. We ended up in the city under the bridge right near the convention centre. I never knew there was such a skateable place. There was rails boxes manual pads all sorts must see if your around the area. But be careful it might be packed with extremly intimidating people such as (Harry Clark,Barry Mansfield,Shnapps, Chris Yow and Utar Tanuka sorry for spelling and bulk other people that where extremly good).

Only bad thing about to day was almost crashing my car due to the rear wheel drive. Next time i will take a corner a bit lighter on the excellerator when the road is submerged with water. No one was hurt esspecialy the car Fhhhewwww!!!!

Saturday 14/4/07

Went to Canning College today with Mark, Luke, Lozza and my self got a few things filmed. Got to love them benches granite and shit mmmmmm. Mark was on his A game today busting out some pretty insane stuff starting with his switch crook line all the way down to his amazing fs blunt variations stomping fs blunt bigspin out ledge junkie who. Luke was pulling out some nice bs nosegrind reverts and close to a shov out but you cant win em all as lozza found out that after doin 500 trey flips its gonna be hard to skate a bench. there was a lrg shirt put up for him if he got fs 5-0 fs shov out in 7 shots dont kno why i said 7 but he missed out any way but hey he tried. I got my first ever front noseblunt today its was the first but there will be many more to come.

After a brief break we drove all the way to a well hidden round rail pop over spot (picture a flat bar on a knee high wall that drops on the other side about waist high) mark still with his hammer shoes on pulls off fakie blunt pop out can any one say fluke mark cant he got it several times hahahah.

Mark had to go home so it was just me lozza and luke. We headed to Nedlands park me and lozza were hammering it with several hard flips over the hips. But at the end of the day my love for nedlands park was showing . There where bigspins,bigspin heels, fs flips and late flips every thing you would expect to see at melville park pretty much .

I.M.K Field Trip

A few of the members from i.m.k decided to comit woolstores today. But it wasn't all fun and games we had to hustle like never before to get the name out there. In the process we bumped into Eugen (not sure on spelling) jon jon and a few other cats who's names have vanished from my head. Few tricks where pulled but all in all the highlight was dale buying a size large LRG shirt from momentum. I know why they charge 85 bucks for them now kids tell there parents yep large is good but when mum gets home and makes him try it on its pretty much a xxl. sizing is really bad these days in LRG i am a large just right but if i buy a large in any other brand its tight as fuck. Should be some sort of international t-shirt sizing ranging from Extra Midget-Small,
Midget- Medium, Hustla-Large and The Size-Extra Large.

I.M.K's First Post

There is a new member to I.M.K on the block. But don't get me wrong he worked hard for his Position. His mum knows of him as Lawrence but fellow members Know of him as Lozza, Lorenzo or L-Dawg. Hahaha just joking around about the L-Dawg. next time you see this cat throw him a dub he deserves it. He pulls more Tricks than P.J Ladd when there is product on the line. "NO JOKE"
